Happy 4th of July All. In order to combined two things we love to do on Independence Day, eating and running, we came up with the Flotrack 4th of July 400. We each ran a 400 and before each 100m section, we had a food waiting for us, 1/2 lb of Macaroni Salad, a Hot Dog, a Hamburger, and a wheel of Watermelon. See who go the fastest time..and if everyone was able to finish. It was much more difficult than we thought, especially with nothing to drink and the large buns they had a the store.
