Frontend Web Developer (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
Flocasts is hiring Frontend Software Developers with mastery in designing and implementing functional User Interfaces for Web, Mobile and Social platforms. We want you to shape the direction of our web and mobile applications.
The position would be ideal for someone with a Computer Science or Engineering background. If you are a JavaScript expert with experience in frameworks like jQuery, awesome. You will be crucial part of the team to turn creative ideas into both highly functional and beautifully aesthetic applications that can handle high traffic volumes.
We like people who can work well in a highly collaborative team environment and who can shine in that environment given how good they are. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement web application code in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with creative, design, product and technical team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Mastery of Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, CSS, and HTML (HTML5 / CSS3)
- Deep knowledge of and experience with implementing consistent behavior across popular browser including IE, FF, Safari, and Chrome.
- Experience implementing functionality for high volume websites
- Experience with RESTful web services APIs
Desirable Experience:
- PHP
- MySQL
- Mobile web development
- Experience with social APIs like Facebook and Twitter
- Sencha Touch 2
